NCI was formed in July of 2005, by Martin Fladeboe and Gerald
Fladeboe. Soon after they brought in Marty’s younger and more handsome
brother Steve. They call him Bobby. Now owned and operated
by all three, NCI has made it their goal to be the best spray foam
insulation contractor in Northern Minnesota.
The company was built
on values and hard work. With their
background from two college degrees (Bemidji State & Ridgewater),
and countless hours of continuing education: they are well equipped
to answer any questions about the spray foam industry.
Marty is
nearing thirty, has been married for over eight years and
has two beautiful children. He loves to hunt, fish, or do anything
outside. He is a very active member of Calvary Lutheran Church
in Bemidji. An honor student at BSU, and a member of the Headwaters
Builders Association, he has still found time to donate many hours
to Habitat for Humanity in the Bemidji area.
Steve
(Bobby) is currently on the Board of Directors for the Headwaters
Builders Association. In high school, he was voted
class President. He was also a member of SME (Society
of Mechanical Engineers), Boy Scouts of America, and the FFA. He
also is a licensed insurance agent. He also donates a lot
of time to Habitat for Humanity. Admittedly, he is not the
worker his older brother is, but he does excel in other areas.
For instance, pontooning, golf, and bowling. He is a huge sports
fan and very active on numerous teams growing up. Along
with his girlfriend of eight years, Megan, he lives just south
of Bemidji on highway 71. He enjoys woodworking, grouse hunting,
and golf, lots of golf.
Gerry has
been self-employed his whole life and is a successful Health insurance
agent in Willmar, Minnesota. He, along with the boys' mother Nancy,
raised them in the New London-Spicer school district, where
Nancy is soon to retire as an English teacher. Both
boys feel it was a huge plus that they grew up in a community of
less than 2000 people.
The
company is also fully insured with a two-million dollar insurance
policy.
